Coding Hub was built around a challenge technology organizations have faced for years: finding experienced technical professionals quickly enough to support growing software, infrastructure, data, and business demands.
From the beginning, Costa Rica offered a different way to approach distributed technology work.
Its proximity to the United States, overlapping business hours, strong professional talent, and cultural alignment created the foundation for a nearshore model centered on collaboration rather than distance.
Growing with our clients
Coding Hub began by helping U.S. organizations extend their technology capabilities with professionals who could work closely with existing teams — participating in the same meetings, using the same tools, and contributing to the same business objectives.
