Coding Hub Costa Rica S.A. ("Coding Hub", "we", "us") is based in Costa Rica, serves primarily U.S. technology organizations, and works with technology professionals across Latin America. This policy describes how we handle information submitted through codinghubcr.net and the related website forms. Contact us at info@codinghubcr.net with privacy questions.

Depending on the form and the information you choose to provide, we collect your name, company, job title, business or candidate email, phone number if voluntarily provided, technology requirements, project information, location, professional experience, LinkedIn profile URL, resume / CV, and other information entered into free-text fields.

Required fields are identified on each form. Other information is optional. If required information is not provided, we may be unable to process the inquiry or submission. Please submit only information relevant to your inquiry or professional background.

Basic technical information may also be collected by the website or hosting infrastructure where applicable, including browser or device information, request logs, and IP-related technical data. The form service uses limited technical identifiers to prevent abuse and duplicate submissions.

We use submitted information to respond to commercial inquiries, evaluate technology requirements, communicate with prospective clients, evaluate candidates for current or future opportunities, and maintain our Talent Network. We also use information as reasonably necessary to operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, and improve website functionality.

Submitting a form does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.

Information submitted through Careers / Talent Network may be reviewed and retained for current and future professional opportunities. This includes professional history, a LinkedIn profile URL, and a resume / CV voluntarily supplied by the candidate. Submissions and uploaded resumes are stored through the website infrastructure; notifications, including a resume attachment when supplied, are delivered to Coding Hub by email.

Submitting information does not guarantee employment, an interview, placement with a client, or future contact. You may ask us to update your information or remove you from future candidate consideration by contacting info@codinghubcr.net.

Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with:

  • Coding Hub personnel involved in the relevant inquiry or opportunity.
  • Service providers supporting website, storage, security, or communication infrastructure.
  • Prospective or existing clients, where appropriate in connection with a candidate opportunity and subject to appropriate business processes, including obtaining permission where required.
  • Authorities where disclosure is legally required.

Resend — transactional email delivery. We use Resend to deliver form notification emails to Coding Hub. These emails contain the submitted information and, where provided, a resume / CV attachment. Website hosting and storage infrastructure also support processing of submissions.

Because Coding Hub operates from Costa Rica, works across Latin America, and serves U.S. organizations, submitted information may be processed or accessed across jurisdictions where Coding Hub, its service providers, or relevant business partners operate. Privacy laws and protections may differ between jurisdictions.

Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, legitimate business requirements, candidate consideration, dispute resolution, security, and applicable legal obligations.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect submitted information. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage provides absolute security.

Necessary technologies support website operation and security. When you save cookie preferences, this website stores your choice in your browser so it can remember your decision. Hosting infrastructure may also use technologies necessary for access and security.

Google Analytics 4 is prepared for optional website usage and conversion measurement. When configured on our production domain, it loads only after you accept Analytics. It may use analytics cookies and collect page views and selected interactions. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, LinkedIn URLs, inquiry messages, or resume contents to Google Analytics, and this integration does not enable advertising or remarketing. You can use to review or change your choice. Rejecting non-essential tracking does not prevent normal website use.

You may contact info@codinghubcr.net to request access, correction, deletion, or updates to your information, to withdraw consent where applicable, or to ask questions about how your submitted information is used. Rights and the handling of requests depend on applicable law and circumstances. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

The website is intended for business users and adult technology professionals and is not intentionally directed toward children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us.
